Pre-Round & Golfer Check-In – What to expect

• Golfers should remain in their vehicle until no more than 15 minutes prior to their tee time – at which point they may head towards the club house where they will be greeted by a Candia Woods Staff Member (Player’s Assistant).
• No gathering before or after play is permitted (such as on the tee 1st or 10th tee box)
  • Leaguers must know what side they are playing and tee time before arriving to the Player’s Assistant – please ask your league coordinator prior to showing.
• The Player’s Assistant will be responsible for directing golf traffic and ensuring we are practicing social distancing when arriving
  • On league nights, we plan to have a Player’s Assistant responsible for sending golfers to either the 1st or 10th tee… again, golfers will need to know what side (front or back 9) you want them on each week
• The Player’s Assistant will then direct 4-somes to their respective tee
• Once a group arrives on the tee box, golfers will check-in with a clerk on the tee box
• The Pro-shop and restaurant are temporally closed until further notice
• Pro-Shops are open for golfer check-in
  • Here are the forms of payment we are accepting until further notice:
    • Credit & Debit Cards
    • Evergreen Member & Traditional Members
    • Candia Woods App users paying with E-Cash
      • Both Evergreen and E-Cash are recommended for convenience and savings on League Greens fee and Cart fees
    • Candia Woods Gift Cards (merchandise cards will not be accepted)
    • No Cash or checks will be accepted at this point
• Once checked-in, groups can tee-it-up and play

During The Round – How To Play & Practice Social Distancing

• No more than 4 golfers per group (so no 5-somes, no exceptions)
• Only one (1) Player & golf bag per cart will be allowed
  • Family members living in the same house may ride together
• WALKING IS ENCOURAGED
• On-course restrooms are not available. The clubhouse restrooms are open for use
• If a backup occurs on a tee box, please practice social distancing (6’+ away from others)
• Eliminate any handshakes, high fives, and congregating on any part of the course
• Golfers must not touch the flagstick
  • When the golf ball comes to rest within the hole, the ball is considered “holed out”
• Lift, clean, and smooth with foot is permitted in the bunkers (rakes have been eliminated)
• Most importantly – We will have Beverage Carts circling the course!!!
